Testing appointments can be made through [MyChart](https://mychart.hopkinsmedicine.org/MyChart/Authentication/Login?) (also available as a mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play). You must have an active MyChart account to participate in the testing and vaccination programs at JHU. If you are having issues activating your MyChart, call 888-676-3433 or email [email protected].

To schedule a COVID-19 test in MyChart:

• Log into your MyChart account
• Under “Menu” click “Schedule an Appointment”
• Under “Tell us why you are coming in” select “JH Employee/Student COVID Testing (Asymptomatic OR Symptomatic)”
• Answer the questions and follow the prompts to schedule the appropriate test and to find a testing location and appointment time. If no appointment slot is available, call the JHCCC.

Anyone needing to be tested may pick any day of the week for once weekly testing, or any two days for twice weekly testing, but the two days cannot be consecutive. For the purposes of testing, the new week begins on Monday morning. Prodensity compliance is determined by counting the number of tests taken between Monday and Sunday of the previous week.

Note: Individuals who have had a confirmed COVID infection are excused from mandatory asymptomatic saliva-based PCR testing for a period of 90 days from the date of infection

ASYMPTOMATIC TESTING FOR STUDENTS

The following testing rules apply:

• Twice-weekly testing is required for all undergraduate students who are on campus
• Once-weekly testing is required for all graduate students who are on campus
• On May 23, mandatory asymptomatic testing will be suspended for on-campus students who have received vaccinations and boosters
• Tests must be conducted at least 48 hours apart
